Hello!

Hello everyone,

This past Tuesday we picked up our new companion..... Sister Bischoff!!!!!!!!!!! She is from Rexburg, ID and was companions with my trainer Sister Bennett in the MTC. How cool :) She is awesome and even more importantly it's her birthday today!!!! I love birthdays! We are so excited to have her in Milford. We took her to this retro little burger place as a surprise. She didn't want anyone to know it was her birthday. She accidentally let it slip and little did she know we would tell everyone. hehehe.

This week was definitely different. A lot of unfortunate things happened but there are always some highlights and miracles.

One in particular I must share is about a guy named Berry:
When Sister Earl was still around we were walking down the street in Pennsburg to an appointment. There was a guy cleaning his van and we started talking to him. Sister Simmons and I could tell he wasn't really interested but Sister Earl persisted. She got a return appointment for the following Sunday. Time went by and we got our new companion. The week went by: miracles, sorrows, spirit filled lessons, and return appointments. Sunday came and the return appointment was soon. We got a sister to come with us who didn't live to far from Berry just in case he cancelled or forgot. We showed up to his house and there he was cleaning his van again. He ushered us to come in and right away he got started. He had SO many questions. Things you could really tell he was thinking hard about and wanted to know. He was interested.

I learned two important lessons from this experience:

1. I should have more faith in people.

2. The promise in Preach My Gospel that says "He will lead you to them or He will lead them to you" is real. Sister Earl was set on talking with everyone. Heavenly Father knew that if he put one of his precious sons (namely Berry) into our path that she would talk with him and invite him to learn more. God loves us all equally but that does not mean he trusts us equally. How effective is an instrument that isn't trustworthy? That may listen to his spirit or may not? Not effective or helpful at all.

I know that as we follow the guidance of the spirit and follow courageously it's promptings than we will become trusted servants of the Lord. That's what I aim to be.
Thank you for your prayers! I love this work and I am happier and happier every single day.
At all times share the gospel and when necessary us words!

Love,

Sister Zeller
